Our newest addition to a great heritage of structures. To fit today's demands for many regions of the world, the key to success is ventilation. This quality product is an outstanding addition offering very cost effective natural ventilation.

The square galvanized or round pipe steel material adds strength to the greenhouse, ease of erection, and adaptability to systems installation where multiple houses are required.

In the past. efficient peak ventilation in greenhouse was only available on ridge peak houses such as the Quality Plus. Then came gutter vent houses, but they leak, and it is difficult to get good seals. Though claims of maximum ventilation were made, we believe gutter vent houses cause more problems than they solve.

So, along came the Ventsetter which we now offer under our brand name.

Types of vents are optional. Some growers prefer totally open vent, some custom closure, others use insect screen. Vents are available in Polycarbonate and fiberglass, either manual or automatic. Many installations start with open systems and add operating systems later.

Quonsetters can be connected to Ventsetters, and bolt on conversions to fit your greenhouse or nursery needs.

A NOTE OF CAUTION: LIMIT THE NUMBER OF GUTTER CONNECTED VENTSETTERS GREENHOUSES TO (4) HOUSE PER SECTION OR OTHER TYPES OF HOUSES WHEN YOU DEPEND ON SIDEWALLS, GABLE END AND ROOF VENTING FOR YOUR NATURAL VENTILATION NEEDS, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE USING INSECT SCREEN

Outside air entering the house through sides and ends and exiting through the roof have a limited distance that the air can travel without creating a temperature rise, turbulence, and increased humidity. This distance depends upon outside air movement, sidewall height, density of crop, distance from incoming air opening and exiting vents. Most important is the density of Insect Screen which reduces air flow. USGR has years of experience under many conditions, and can assist you in proper design to fit your needs.

Also please note side and endwall moveable siding is available, as most of our greenhouses structures, operating either manually or automatically.

This great greenhouse can also be designed for a variety of coverings. Many start with Poly and convert to Polycarbonate as profits are made.

Also available with heating, air conditioning, benches, and all state of the art systems for all sizes of greenhouses.   

12 foot (3.66m) and higher sidewalls are available at extra cost for maximizing ventilation.
