Mini® Flat Filler

For the Grower who wants to take their first step into automation or the larger Growers with a specialty need.

CAPABILITIES: The Mini will accept any container up to 15" wide and 5" high.

BENEFITS: Most cost effective way to uniformly fill plug flats, high speed production, simplicity of operation and low-maintenance.

FEATURES: Equipped with a variable speed conveyor. A power sweep to ensure uniform filling of each cell. An adjustable wiper and powered rotary brush to perform the finishing touches on filled flats with a built-in soil return.

OPTIONS: Vibrator for soil compaction. Frame with 4" casters or 10" pneumatic tires.

The Precision_TM PlugFiller

Designed for the large, commercial, plug grower who needs consistent, adjustable and uniform plug tray or plug flat filling.

CAPABILITIES: Capable of running any industry standard plug flat or tray.

BENEFITS: Easily adjustable compaction rates. Absolute uniformity in compaction across the tray. Rotary brush for tray cleaning and finishing. Air attachments to remove excess soil from edges of trays to enhance continuous flow seeding operations. Adjustable hopper for easy loading of specialized pre-bagged mixes.

FEATURES: Variable speed soil delivery and plug tray filling conveyor, with built-in Vibcam Vibrator for unmatched consistency, dual power sweeps for uniformity, powered rotary brush, optional 10" tires for portability and cleanup. Quality electrical controls for years of trouble-free service.

Maxi® Flat Filler

Compact but versatile, the new Maxi Flat Filler offers speed, efficiency and convenience to growers of all sizes. The Maxi Flat Filler fills plug trays, hanging baskets, pots and large trays. The fold-down rear hopper allows easy access for filling with growing media. The new Maxi allows versatile operator control, ease of media loading and 12" clearance for pots and trays.

BENEFITS: Uniform filling of a wide range of containers at increased production speeds, simplicity of operation and low maintenance.

FEATURES: Equipped with a 1.3 cubic yard hopper, variable speed conveyor, adjustable soil wiper, built-in soil return dual powered sweeps and powered rotary brush to perform the finishing touches on filled flats.

OPTIONS: Vibrator for soil compaction. Frame and 4" tires and hitch. Hold-down rods for tray inserts and pots. Heavy Duty model available for growers using heavier soils. Variable speed soil chain.

Model 131 Flat & Pot Filling System

For Growers who need high speed production with uniform filling of multiple types of growing containers (plug flats, hanging baskets and nursery pots).

CAPABILITIES: Production rates as high as 1800 flats per hour while accepting containers up to 12" high and 20"wide.

BENEFITS: Variable speed components let you set production rates to fit the size of your crew. Variable speed soil hopper supplies soil to a planting conveyor where excess soil is removed by an adjustable soil wiper, compacted with a roller and the finishing touches are performed by a rotary brush. Filled containers travel across the powered pot transfer with unused soil being returned to the soil hopper by a bucket-style elevator: Hydraulic or electric options available.

FEATURES: 1.5 cubic yard hopper, crank handle adjustable compacting roller, powered rotary brush and power sweep. 5HP power unit, powered pot transfer and electric soil return.

OPTIONS: Powered packing roller and lengthwise agitator for media having a tendency to bridge. Custom height clearance available.
