Insta Potter^TM

This machine is for Growers who do high volumes of bare-root potting or large quantities of pot filling. Pots are placed onto the vibrating planting conveyor, and filled as they pass under a continuous soil flow.

CAPABILITIES: Accepts pots up to 18" wide.

BENEFITS: Variable speed, hydraulic controls allow pace adjustment of the soil hopper and conveyor. Switching from one pot size to another is done quickly and efficiently. Hydraulic power gives the machine the ability to handle heavier types of soil often used in nursery mixes. Production numbers up to 3,000 pots an hour or more. Simplicity of operation, low maintenance with quick change overs.

FEATURES: Includes a 4 cubic yard soil feeder, vibrating planting conveyor, two soil return conveyors, a powered pot transfer to carry finished pots across the soil return conveyors and a 10HP hydraulic power unit.

OPTIONS: 10' and 20' take-off conveyors.

ES500^TM Potting Machine

Rugged construction for use with heavier soils often used in nursery mixes. Increased potting production while eliminating time consuming work associated with hand potting.

CAPABILITIES: The ES500 will accept pots from 6" to 14" in diameter.

BENEFITS: Engineered for years of reliable service, the ES500 fills pots with soil, evenly compacts the soil and drills a hole for the size of the material being transplanted into the pot, giving consistent plant depth while centering the plant. Easy to operate, low maintenance and quick change over.

FEATURES: Powered by a 10HP, 20 gallon per minute hydraulic power unit for use in a nursery environment, this machine has a variable speed stainless steel soil chain, variable speed nickel plated pot chain, hydraulic flow controls, start/stop switch on both sides of the machine and a reversing valve on the soil chain for easy cleanup.

OPTIONS: Extra pot holders, drill sizes from 1-114" to 8". Take-off conveyor and Accumulator Table. XL Package adds a 4.2 cubic yard material hopper.

CM - E2^TM

Designed for continuous potting of up to 9" diameter pots at speeds of 80 pots per minute. The unique multidrill carousel house four drills to ensure smooth, fast, continuous drilling of the pots prior to planting. The 2-cubic yard capacity soil hopper is variable speed. The potting table allows the operator total control of operational speeds to match production requirements.

Compact, but versatile - offering speed, efficiency, and convenience to growers of all sizes. The CM-E2 fills pots from 4" to 9" with our patented Carousel. The variable speed, ALL electric controls make for trouble-free operation.

CM III & X Potting Systems

DESIGNED FOR: Container nurseries using heavy and coarse soils while transplanting at speeds of up to 100 pots per minute.

CAPABILITIES: The CM III accepts pots from 6" to 3 gallon at speeds up to 100 pots per minute. The CM X accepts pots from 6" to 10 gallon at speeds up to 70 pots per minute.

BENEFITS: The CM Potting Machine is a continuous motion potting system with the highest production levels available from any potting machine. Pots are loaded automatically or by hand, filled with soil, compacted and drilled, all in a continuous, smooth motion. that allows for smooth, rhythmic transplanting. The unique drilling mechanism smoothly descends each drill into the pot insuring longer drill life and more uniformly drilled holes.

FEATURES: 2.3 yard soil feeder, multidrill carousel consisting of five drills, soil return system, operators console with variable speed hydraulic controls and start/stop switch.

OPTIONS: Horizontal Pot Loading System, infeed conveyor, take-off conveyors and multiple pot holder and drill sizes.
