DESIGN / FEATURES

  • Assembly details of Dura-Bench Ultra2′ x 4′ (8 sq.ft., nominal) high impact abrasion resistant polypropylene plastic panel – weight 4.5 lbs each
  • 1.1″ x 2.1″ rectangular holes
  • 2′ ends connect with a (4) tab and receiving hole system
  • 4′ sides interconnect with easy to install black nylon clips
  • (2) pre-molded screw attachment rails and (4) screw attachments strips for easy installation with stainless steel screws

TABLE LAYOUT / DESIGN

  • Dura-Bench Ultra panels allow for any combination of bench sizes
  • Even bench widths (2′, 4′, 6′, 8′ wide) are created by laying the 4′ length of the panels down parallel to the length of the bench
  • Odd bench widths (3′, 5′, and 7′ wide) are easily created by cutting between double ribbed center sections
  • Substructure frame can be made from metal, wood or pipe
  • Substructure frame cross supports placed on any incremental interval (such as 16″ or 24″ centers) based on the weight of the plants per sq ft
