Dosmatic Models
Dosmatic offers the widest range of models in the industry with flow range from 0.03 gpm to 400 gpm and ratio range from 1:4000 to 1:5. We have summary information for choosing teh correct Dosmatic Injector.
MicroDos ® Injector Series
Tiny and tough—the smallest injector in the industry
MicroDos Operating Principle
Installed directly in the fluid supply line, the injector operates without electricity, using fluid pressure as the power source. The fluid drives the injector, which pulls the required percentage of concentrate directly from the chemical solution container. Inside the Dosmatic, patented mixing chamber the concentrate is mixed with the fluid, and the fluid pressure forces the mixed solution downstream. The amount of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of fluid entering the injector, regardless of variations in flow or pressure.

Dosmatic introduces new “rotating” lower end on its SuperDos® 0.3% models for improved usability.
The SuperDos 0.3% models have been re-engineered with a rotating lower end. Dosmatic noticed a trend in customers having a twisted and tangled suction hose after adjusting the ratio sleeve on their lower ends. Dosmatic’s engineering department went to work on a solution and developed the rotating lower end. The improvements now allow the customer to adjust their ratio setting (can still be done while in operation) without having to deal with a twisted, tangled suction hose. Dosmatic has also added wrench flats to the suction tube fitting assembly to make maintenance easier and to avoid thread damage.

Dosmatic TurboDos high-flow; non-electric, fluid(water)-driven, proportional injectors offer an economical alternative to traditional electric technology or multiple non-electric injector parallel systems. Capable of injecting up to two chemicals accurately, independently and simultaneously; they reduce the need for multiple injectors. TurboDos can be used with 2″ and 3″ flange irrigation systems and with multiple installation options; making them ideal for high-flow injection applications.
Precise chemical injection—
Proportional positive displacement insures that just the right amount of chemical is injected. Despite fluctuations in flow rate and pressure, theTurboDos injector’s thorough and consistent mixing means that additives are used to maximum benefit. An adjustable ratio sleeve allows you to change your injection rates– quickly and easily—to meet injection needs. Costs are reduced because of less wasted chemical in the injection process.
