The refreshing DCP30 unit is a compact evaporative air cooling unit and is suitable for numerous fields of applications: livestock, greenhouses and industrial sites.

Technology basis

The unit uses the physical principle of water evaporation; the air is forced through the CELdek® evaporative cooling pads by a powerful fan. While the air passes through the wet pad, it releases heat to the water, thereby cooling itself. The quantity of moisture present in the air determines the level of temperature reduction of the air treated.

Design DCP30

Beyond the evaporative CELdek pads the unit is supplied with a 3001 polyethylene water tank and a submersible pump with a capacity of 30 I/min. The light weight; sturdiness of the galvanised steel housing; and, easy installation ensures quick and easy movement of the DCP30 from one location to another.

As an option a perforated plastic duct can be supplied, which can be mounted to the air outlet of the DCP30 and allow for the optimal distribution of the air inside the environment that needs to be cooled. The unit is also ready to be connected to a thermostat and a humidistat.

Design DCP30 TOP4

The DCP30 TOP4 is a version of desert cooler equipped with a tower outlet and adjustable air deflectors. It can be installed inside or outside the structure that needs to be cooled. If it is installed outside, an optional flange can be supplied that allows for the connection of a perforated plastic duct.
