Important facts about the Vandana Tubeless Seeder

Developed to handle a larger range of seeds from fine seed like Raw Petunia to coarse seed like Melon, Detailed Marigold.
Template field expanded to exact size of tray to allow space for longer seed to be singulated.
Will handle any tray sizes, such as Speedling, #1020, True 1020, California Trays (17″ x 17″).
Seeds drop directly into tray, sowing full tray at one time.
Templates cleaned automatically between drops, with reverse air.
Visual inspection by operator prior to drop provides superior accuracy.
Variable Speed Vibrator with Rheostat and Momentary Switch.
Variable Speed Vacuum motor with Rheostat.
Variable adjustment to accomodate trays or pots from 1″ to 4″ high for “Direct-Sow-To-Finish”.
Drop patterns also available for direct seeding into 1020 sizes, Speedling trays, or individual pots.
Moveable Table Cart with 4″ Casters and Galvanized sheet metal shelves and accessory shelf.

There are four general classes of templates:

#1 Geranium/Cabbage Template – designed for pointed seed, round seed, cole crops such as Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, and all pelleted seed. (Three Sizes Available)
#3 Petunia, Snapdragon, Pansy, Fine Round Seed, Clump Seeding of Alyssum, Lobelia and Portulaca (Single Drop). (This is a Laminated Template)
#4 General Purpose Template – Small round drilled holes for Pansy, and other small round seeds. (Two Sizes Available)
#9 Template – Raised hole designed for coarse seed such as Tomato & Pepper, Zinnia, Dahlia, Cucumber, Melon, as well as marigold. (Three Sizes Available)
