This four-stage electronic control is pre-set for Wadsworth’s Incremental vent control system. Three of the stages control the incremental vent. The fourth stage is free and can be used for another piece of equipment such as a heater or a full open (non incremental) vent.

Each stage can be independently programmed. A keypad provides easy programming and operation. An LCD display shows the current temperature, mode and output status.

The M-1608 four-stage controller comes with a solar-shielded remote sensor with 75′ of shielded cable. It can be powered from 24, 120 and 240 VAC sources, has a set point range of -40º to + 220º Fahrenheit, and is housed in a NEMA 4 enclosure.

New Feature The M-1608 four-stage control now has two temperature setpoints: day and night. Since 80% of heating occurs at night this means big savings for you plus it mimics nature resulting in improved crop quality.

Alarm Manager protects your crops by immediately notifying you when the conditions become dangerous and threaten your livelihood. Alarm Manager instantly starts calling the programmed phone numbers when the conditions reach your predefined level or if there is a power outage. In order to use an Alarm Manager with your MiniSTEP you need to add a thermostat to signal the Alarm Manager when the temperature is at risk.
